Fit review
Standard sizes and custom measurements are reviewed before cutting. The buyer remains responsible for providing accurate measurements.

Orders are dispatched through DHL after final verification. Shipping cost, estimated transit time, destination charges and tracking details are confirmed in the quotation or at dispatch.
Returns & alterations
Eligibility depends on whether the product is standard, personalised or custom-sized, the reported issue and destination rules. Exact terms are confirmed in writing before production.
Crash assessment
After an incident, send clear photos and the original product code. Repair feasibility or a replacement quotation is assessed individually; no automatic safety guarantee or discount is implied.
Certification clarity
CE armour level or garment-class claims apply only when the exact component or finished product is supported by the specification and relevant documentation. No blanket certification is implied.
